Client & Partner Testimonials
We are proud of the relationships we have with our clients and partners.
Professor Mark O’Rourke
Director – Centre for Learning and Teaching
“I have worked with Oztron on a number of Serious Games Projects.
The team created truly engaged and immersive learning experiences effectively and efficiently.
The projects were always completed on budget and ahead of schedule.
The quality and innovation in the use of available technologies has resulted in numerous awards, which has raised the profile of the funding bodies and realised required learning outcomes.
The team has a very honest and pragmatic approach that enables exploration of different solutions that carefully consider budget constraints.”

“We had a lot of trouble finding the right organisation to do what we wanted. We knew we needed an organisation that offered the programming skills as well as the interface knowledge that would allow use to bring our customised simulation to life. It was only by happenstance we found Dale and Oztron.
We knew we were on the right track from our first meeting: they understood what we wanted; spoke our language; understood the educational setting; and, asked all the right questions to help guide our thinking.
Since then, Oztron has become our partner not just a contractor.
Oztron have been our partner now in a number of projects that have helped bring the real-world and current practice to the classroom through our digital-based, customised simulations.
They are also able to work across the value-chain of development and delivery, producing an outstanding product.
I would recommend Oztron to any organisation seeking a partner capable of producing outstanding outcomes.”

“Oztron have supported and led several highly innovative collaborative projects with year 9 and 10 students at a Melbourne secondary school where I was eLearning Coordinator.
On a weekly basis we explored the education potential of 3D immersive virtual worlds. In collaboration with a school in Queensland we developed a Health and Wellbeing Unit in which the students created and ran a virtual Party House in order to practice appropriate responsible behaviour via simulated situations set by the teachers.
Another highly innovative project involved students from several schools collaborating to stream a live concert in real time as a live virtual concert in Second Life to raise awareness on issues of poverty. The virtual concert was run by virtual musicians and attended synchronously by many students around Australia through their use of avatars.
Oztron’s expertise was also significant in leading several students in creating a fully functioning Library Content Management System that could be maintained and updated by any teacher-librarian with a minimum of training.
A measure of Oztron’s success is that many of the students that worked in these projects are now in the IT industry as programmers and researchers.
I now have my pre-service teacher education students study the Oztron website for good examples of the education innovation, such as the training videos of simulations for compounding chemists, nurses and electricians.”
“Working with Oztron is always a great experience.
When we encounter technical problems, Dale is our go to guy.
Over the last 18 months we’ve had the opportunity to work with Dale to deliver a telehealth solution that enables our client to complete more distance based assessments of GP Registrars consulting with patients.
Oztron is passionate about using technology to enable learning and performance.
It helps they are completely agnostic so you can be confident the solution is right for your business.”
